Do Opposites Attract?

Do Opposites Attract?

A Poem by morningstar

Do Opposites Attract?

I’m here you’re there.

I’m dark you’re light.

I’m fear you’re dare.

I’m wrong you’re right.

Pure like nature, you like the autumn breeze

I scourge my heart with debris, sick with a spring time sneeze…

You’re strong I’m weak

You’re mild and meek

Straight forward, but I’m oblique with whatever I speak.

Hidden; Let’s play hide and go seek.

Please find myself, but why can’t I find me?

Because you’re put together, while I’m torn apart.

Many different guys stole many different hearts.

See, I change. But you remain.

Why did I let myself adapt to their ways?

They turned me into a monster and named me Profane.

That’s how I felt with my body used in vain.

With that said I’m no good for you.

You deserve someone better; you deserve brand new.

To answer my question, no they can’t attract

To be exact,

They won’t attract.
