Shes Done!

Shes Done!

A Poem by MorganBlair

She says shes Done

She cant take it anymore,

she wants out!

She isnt going to sit by and wait for him

He has hurt her one too many times.

she is Done with him

She put herself out there,

in the line of fire only to be taken down.

She placed her heart on her sleeve for him, only him

He had her heart in his hands....he broke it!

She thought he was her all

She was wrong,

He was nothing more than a worthless little boy.

She was warned by friends,

her heart siad yes! while her mind screamed NO!

His constant lies, her never ending tears,

His continuous doubt but her truth.

She wont go back,

He lost his chance,

but hell she has given him more than enough of them.

More than enough chances,

Most would give up after the first.

She stayed by, hopeing, wishing, wanting.

Look where it has gotten her...

Alone, Broken, Hurt, permedently damaged.

Never again will I do this to myself,

Because you little worthless boy are damn well not with this anymore!

Wow.
I felt like this was a message to me. lol
I've let words slip out of my mouth before that led a girl to believe something that wasn't fully there yet. It was definitely there but I was not ready for it.
Your poem was perfectly depicted for someone being strung along.
Great poem
