Day by Day

Day by Day

A Poem by Morgan Jenkins

Dead-end dreams of a
deadbeat dreamer.
As an outcast of everyone,
in solitude I find solace.
Beat me with brawn,
but I will succeed you with brain.
You need not fix my fears,
for they drive me
day by day.
