A Poem by moon

everyone has an idea of how human existence came to be, how we came to be part of this exquisite coincidence, how we all have a bodily system that we maneuver and how we rule our temple like the emperor of a vast city, decorating ourselves like a golden rich palace. some believe we began with a single star, born from cosmic lattes and an explosion so overpowering that we evolved from a single cell to a fully functioning system of blood and skin and bone. some believe in a higher power, a god, 7 gods, a ruler and the almighty. however we came to be, whatever the solid truth may be, if there is one, solid truth, there's a bittersweet sensation to existence that we take for granted every waking day. there is a beautiful, expanding, ever changing world beyond us that we have years to explore and make our own. setbacks must be pushed aside like a sweeping motion of forgiveness for the stuck mind. we have an entire system of cells that work together to keep us going, keep us pushing ourselves along a coursing river of emotion and emotional triumph. i find that enough. how gentle, how sweet the world around us can be if we took a look at the organisms around us, how flowers grow from weeds, how grass can grow from a sidewalk crack, how good things can be born from nothing. we don't matter, but we do. we are here for an experience, a soul finding, life living experience, we are made from every word written in a story book and every sentence told from our loved ones, we are carved in stone that we exist, we existed, we will continue to exist. in silence, in noise, in action, and in thought, we are our own thread to be woven into the fabric of our universe. we can leave golden trails of kind words and gentle touches to the world beyond us, a soft notion that we belong here for each other. there is no reason to be alive. we are here out of sheer coincidence, and the beauty of it unsolidifies every injustice we've dove into.
