Zen.

Zen.

A Poem by Lydia

“When you understand, reality depends on you.”

from The Zen Teaching of Bodhidharma

This is not a dream --

You can break the confines

of your reality.

See deeper than face-value,

Push farther --

You’ll break through.

Understand understanding.

Each new lifetime is another chance.

Be in control

without being controlling.

Reality is constructed

on contradictions.

You can see without looking.

Understand, and be free.
