Blackberries

Blackberries

A Poem by Lydia

Anticipation of the flowers
For where there are flowers there will be fruit
Imagining myself
Glistening forehead and sticky thighs
Fingers stained and a happy smile
As the juices spill down my chin
Like blood of prey
Sun shining ever faithful
Even in the shade

Delightful Lydi**. I love picking and eating blackberries. Be careful of the brambles though. The stain gets everywhere. Such a visual write which also titilates the taste buds. Yummy.
