Rush.

Rush.

A Poem by Lydia

Rushing in, Rushing out

A moment of passion

A month of pain

Floods of emotion

Heels over head in hate

A vow of 'Never Again'

And everyone knows:

It won't last past the first tear rolling down her cheek

A great pretender can't fool anyone anymore

The Wait.

Days are Years until she sees the face

The one who makes her smile and cry in the same glace

Absence makes the heart grow harder.
