a dream

Your eyes and mine met
The gleaming blue touched me
And I knew this was Eternal Love
Please don�t run from my adoration
Only you can heal this soul
As the dreams fade in
My lonely, lonely heart
I will whisper so softy
Can we meet once more?
My lips weep
My eyes burn
Only you can sooth this ache
I will wait from now until
The sky crumbles
The seas sink
And the world and moon collides
Yet in that space of time
There will be but a single heartbeat
