Another Night

                        "You better be here to night Cam," Ruby said through the battered cellphone. Tonight everyone was suppose to be at the museum and have a stake out and try to get pictures of the Ringleader. Unknown to them, the Ringleader wasn't going there tonight, she was staying home.
                        "I'll try, Violet is sick though," Cameo lied, getting a what-the-heck-are-you-talking-about-you-dirty-little-liar look from her dog. Cameo playfully glared and continued, "I'll try but no promises, bye." Not waiting for a response, Cameo snapped her cell phone and jumped on her bed, scaring her dog.
                        "I'm so tired! Staying up on school nights and going out to steal takes a lot of energy out of you," Cameo mumbled, petting Violet. Violet, being the smart dog she was, got up and turned on the T.V. for her master. Of course it was the News channel, but Cameo didn't care till she heard one particular part.
                         "Thanks Bill, now then I just heard that the museum just added a necklace that supposedly Queen Cleopatra herself wore-" Cameo quickly turned off the T.V. not waiting to hear the rest.
                         Grabbing her gear, Cameo headed for the door. "Well, I guess I will be meeting my friends at the museum. Vi don't let anyone in," Cameo mumbled quickly getting ready. Grabbing her mask, Cameo flung open the door and headed for the city. Another night, another thing to steal.
