My World of Color

The World of Color should envelop you!

A little splash of red,

would surely make up for the dull things I said. 

Maybe a little stroke of green,

that may lighten the scene. 

Then again, there is the color blue

to make the skies appear happier.

Unlike the boring gray and black,

which could only make it duller. 

 

I'm sure a world of color

would befit the sparkle in your eyes.

You don't deserve to live in a black and white world

that can only be full of lies. 

The smile on your face,

must be painted in all kinds of shades!

So don't be the painting,

don't always stay in place.

I really liked the picture! It's very karoful! ^^ oh... What was that? How was the poem? Haha don't worry I'm getting to that ^^ the content of the poem is great! The world is in dire need of colors and emotions! Who can say they have lived without experiencing all the emotions the world has to offer?! I'm not sure if your poem was literal in the sense of scenery, but I somehow saw this as metaphorical ^^" every color = an emotion. Great job Totoro! I hope to read more of your stories!
