MAN As GOD PART THREE.

MAN As GOD PART THREE.

A Poem by moonbeam40
"

CHANNELLINGS FROM THE COMFORTER.

"

The third man heard and pondered long,

Then added his opinions;

"What can God do that man cannot?

Has man not conquered space, and conquered

All things less than man, made of them his

Minnions?

Five millions of such life-forms, lead, up to

The Human Race;

All life-force leads to Man at last;

And dwells in Mans' dominions;

Nothing can die, but new-born forms;

Fill up each emptied place;

That a Microbe few, slip through our nets,

I will perforce admit;

That much is true, but time is Mans

And time shall trap the least;

for the race of men that time shall see,

Perfect full-fledged and free.

Enthroned each one as his own SELF-GOD;

When the quest for truths has ceased;

Disease shall end, all germs shall die;

Is not the Atom split?

And all things small beneath Mans' hand;

Shall form an Earthly feast.
