Lavender

Lavender

A Poem by prettybretty

i'm sick of playing the part

i would vomit up my soul
to get rid of the body parts

how to use the scissors?

and
i don't milk, i
diet coke and decay

that's the doll thing
with me you'll play
break and bend and
twist my ways
and paint my face

then curse them
for i've misbehaved

how to abuse?

cross the knives
and crucify
the little girl-martyr
asking why

and wave her lilac ashes
like incense to the sky

free the soul
of the person in her body

swear with my fingers
crossed behind my back
that i'm not mad

how to use the knife?

hail Mary mother of this disgrace,

i am more virgin and immaculate than you!!!

Lavender
her suffering
