dear Tuesday

dear Tuesday

A Poem by prettybretty

Imagine you're Tuesday Weld.
And you've had this horrible
life and had to fend for yourself.
But surely it couldn't be that bad,
because you're pretty, right?
Imagine you're Tuesday Weld.
And they ask you
why didn't you do more?
you could've been so much.
But you just want to be let alone.
Imagine you're Tuesday Weld.
You never asked for it.
You want to be let alone.
Imagine you're Tuesday Weld.
Alcoholic, suicide pills, & promiscuity
and they romanticize your pain.
All at a young age.
You never asked for it.
You want to be let alone.
So you take a permanent leave
from the cameras
to live your life
because it's your own.
You want to find a home.
Imagine dear Tuesday.
