Reflection

A Poem by prettybretty

Look into the light.
I'm so sorry for my hatred.
It was not my design...was it?
If I could, I'd change my name to Samo.
Or maybe Sano,
'cause it's so hard to love.
Crown your princely face,
which is a cryptic message.
I want to leave this place of
haze.
Disgust is mistrust.
If I let you in...
If I let you in...
If only I could let love in.
I raise my hand in the air,
bring it down again.
I could not face you
because I could not face myself.
One and the same,
the you are the daisy to my violet.
And I loved you all along.
Smile, forget it.
Leave it behind.
Let's walk into the light.
Look into the light
of your eyes, of mine.
(You're the reflection)
