Untitled DreamA Poem by moogiI had a dream so I decided to share it with youThere is a wonderful world of fancy and free; Inside of it I--can't help but be me. There are spinnings, and twirls, and hidden little pearls. There are boys building sandcastles playing with girls. There are ribbons and ties adorning their hairs And might I say even--juggling bears! They dance and they sing and they'll even do jigs! Inside of this world where even the pigs, They soar, and they float, and even captain a boat! But why stop there the funs just begun, Enjoying in life--until up rises the sun... He pops out his head and up out of bed-- Must we rise, and wake, to see what was fake. The pirate ships sailed, and creatures were tailed. The fates had been spun, and all had our fun. Must we wander the waking, until the moon come. To sleep once more Until--dreaming-- is done. © 2011 moogiAuthor's Note
