I think it killed itself because of that yearning, yes...because sanity knows that murder is wrong...
regardless of the kind of murder talked about literal or figurative.
Insanity could cause this suicide.

Maybe that's the reason why it opted for suicide. Or maybe it wasn't sanity but insanity in disguise, who knows. I'm looking for the answer. :D

An interesting piece. I believe nothing sane ever induces harm to others or self. So, to me, sanity is never a suicide but is often stolen and confiscated by its would be murderers.
