Upside Down Paragraphs

A Poem by M O R P H I N E

Rip this paper from the inside of a diary kept so well
Scribble a thought
Paint the story you wish to tell
A story about a person running from the unknown
Watching the sky break into nothing
Wishing for something more
Chock on the words you wish to say
Line them up between the lines
A feeling of darkness, overshadowing who you are
Not good enough
Crinkle your feelings
Toss it to the side
Searching for the right words to describe what you feel inside
Pour a glass or two of something much stronger
Disguise your sadness
With jokes no one has heard off
Sharpen the pencil and fight with the words
Until you finally win
Now your story might be heard

I really do love how you are able to reveal a distorted mind without making it look too crazy....enjoyed this very much!!♥

Awesome write, I loved it! I love all of your work! It's dark, and I can relate to it very well.
