Sea of Dreams

Leave behing your pain. All your unfufilled dreams and take away all the bad memories. But what price will you have to pay to leave it all behind?

 

Take me to the sea,

 the sea of dreams,

The place where every memory,

every hope and tear spills out.

The place where pain is nothing and hardships are out-numbered,

Where lives are meaningless and stubborn.

 

There I will dry out my eyes,

drop my tears and lullabyes,

Lay down all my lost unfufilled dreams behind,

though they are fresh in my mind.

 

Lose me in this pools embrace,

Don't leave even a single trace,

of me or anything in my mind,

I just want to be left behind.

 

Leave me and continue on,

I won't come back,

 I won't drag on,

 being your heels that chain to me,

 I'll leave without a word you'll see.

 

Take me away to this dark place of eternal bliss,

and leave me with one fatal kiss,

 upon my cold and lifeless lips.
