Found Once Again

I felt this need to write some no nonsense haiku.

Slowing I fell to

A feeling of dread that I

Couldn’t live without

 

 

You were waiting there

Holding on as I wept tears

Unscathed from the world

 

 

“Quiet” you whispered

“I am here with you always”

I blink, not alone?

 

 

He is there still. There.

Why does he not leave me here?

Who wants this baggage?

 

Never wavering

Never never never no

Why does he still stand?

 

Then I realize.

He will never surrender.

Not while I need him.

 

I give in to love.

His all encompassing love.

I love him. I love.
