The tension has spread from an uneasy

Buzzing feeling in the pit of my being

To a tremor as the day has stretched on

A trembling tightness

Attempting to squeeze the smile from my lips

The darkness is lurking  

San Francisco fog over my sunny thoughts

Feeling of approaching destruction

Direction of attack is a question

The source is unknown

Something dark this way comes

I know without knowing

But...I practice the Law Of Attraction

And today I channel Brave Heart Bear

Pouring light in every

Dark corner of my thoughts

Battling whatever has taken aim my way

Not today

Not when this smile shines so bright.
