![]() Stormy WeatherA Poem by Angelheaded Hipster![]() Remembering...wanting![]()
I hear the rain, pattering
splattering against my window and it takes me back to an afternoon of uncertainty and electricity between you and I. Was it a date? Was it a day of just hanging out? You call it romantic now, but then, I wasn't sure even in the surprise downpour when you grabbed me and kissed me. The kiss lingered that day, it stayed, singed my lips, burned its memory into my brain and stayed. With every rainfall that I have witnessed during the time that we were on our separate roads, I wanted that kiss back. I wanted your lips meeting mine, our hair, our clothes soaking, clinging to our skin and not caring I love that kiss. © 2010 Angelheaded HipsterReviews
