Frankenstein Poem!

Another poem made from my leftover thoughts!

Time to make a monster from my leftover thoughts,

 

just to clear room in my brain for more,

 

you know, just in case I have anymore!  Anyway, here goes:

 

it starts to get dark when the sun starts to set;

 

it starts to get light when the sun starts to rise

 

The square root of infinity has a lot of zero’s at the end

 

The phone starts to ring as soon as you step in the shower

 

I’d like lasagna for dinner this evening

 

The 100-meters is about 99 more meters than I want to run!

 

Lobsters looks like an insect on steroids

 

It’s been so long since I’ve had a beer, I’ve forgotten what it tastes like

 

  Writing is like a calving iceberg; every idea has been done before;

 

the trick is to bring your unique vision to it,

 

and make it an interesting vision, so it’s a memorable iceberg,

 

and others don’t have the bottom of their boat ripped open!

 

There, now my brain is a lot less cluttered
