wings

wings

A Poem by Never Good Bye
"

a plea for flight and adventure

"

Give me wings

So I can soar

Above the restaurants

And clothing stores

Let me go

Beyond the door

All I want

Is a foreign shore

My life’s made up

Of school and chores

And all that is

Is a tremendous bore

So let me out

Outside the door

Let me travel

From shore to shore

AH, oblivion and freedom are so sweet. School is just a bummer. I like the flow of this poem. I like it because that's the way I feel most of the time. :P
Let me go. Let me fly! :)
