Deeply FallingA Poem by MercedesHow it feels to fall in love.
A simple brush of the fingers Can trigger a sudden attack Of this feeling called love - Reach out a hand to lose your sense Of judgment, trust, anything In a game of fools - Trust not the words of the betrayed Be wary of the those fallen Careful not to step over the canyon - Falling almost floating Into a chasm of brightened depths Lit by such a magical feeling - Faster the heart beats A blush covers pale face As love at first sight consumes. © 2009 Mercedes |
