I never thought of her fear

I never thought of her fear

A Poem by Puentes

It’s that half bottle of white that makes you cry in the middle of a movie

It’s the song that takes you back ten years ago

It’s the lump in your throat and the pain that you feel

It is remembering the way she lay in bed and the anger that you felt

So much anger because she left you, because you are now alone

But you never thought about how she felt

You never thought about her life

And where she grew up and the places that she saw and the things that she loved

No, you never thought about how scared she was lying in bed

I never thought about dying

I only thought about living without her

She must have been so strong

She must have been so scared

She was scared and I was angry

and now she's gone

About
I've always said that I only wish to write to make people feel like they're not alone. It doesn't matter if it is only one person but if I can make that person feel everything I am feeling when I writ.. more..
