A Mistletoe Amidst The PineA Poem by Zenny JonesRomantic Poetry
A Mistletoe Amidst The Pine
Amidst the quivering love of
Dying romance,
There lives
A passionate many,
Lending love abound,
Falling away,
Unsettling lives.
Whil’st amidst the dramas
Of passion and chance,
Of husbands and wives,
Of the troubled few.
Amidst the quivering love,
A mistletoe amidst the pine,
As the melting kisses of
Love anew,
A passionate many.
Where'll'st be upon this
Frown of forgotten labor,
And sorrowful penny?
