Breakfast In Bed

Breakfast In Bed

Breakfast In Bed
Lovers that whisper
Amidst swallows of
Metropolis standing,
Keep secrets that taste,
Bitter,
When their lips touch.
Their glowing bodies
So closely together,
Their pale eyes…
Are a freezing darkness,
Of passion
They share,
Spoken like,
Breakfast in bed.
Like tangy swills
Of muse,
Loving tender dreams…
Spent miles and miles apart.
Gentle embraces,
That comfort you with truth,
 When moments of qualm
Seep within your soul,
Like fervent splashes of,
Rain,
Sounding  like whispers...
When you're in love.
