Of Falling Stars

Of Falling Stars

A Poem by Zenny Jones
"

Romantic Poetry

"

As the blushing embers
Of loves' magma begins
To flow,
The tenderness of each
Petal of rose.
Eliciting passions
Within us,
That grow…
Like rustic oceans of roseate
On Mars…
A silhouette of crimson.
Of falling stars
As dew-lit morning glories emit,
The radiance of the sun,
A heavenly blue Ololiuqui,
The feelings and emotions
Felt between us,
Nestle…
Like a ballad soliloquy.
