The report "The brand value" by Divisadero discusses how to deploy their brand leading companies operating in Spain (IBEX 35 and Top 20 advertisers as Infoadex), differentiating the two main strategic channels (social media and channel Mobile) which allowed the digitization and therefore, measurement of the mark beyond the traditional models. At the dawn of the information, in the field of social media is not new and noted that few companies that do not use these channels to display their brand 2.0. But yes, there has been significant progress in the number of strategic means used. As highlighted in the study, 77% of companies already integrate at least three social media to display their brand, standing at the head of classics Twitter and YouTube (23%), followed by Facebook (21%). Not forgetting the blogs (18%), nor the means to rise as options (10%), which stands one step ahead of Instagram (5%). In the analysis by Divisadero in this section, has been the focus on the most relevant to the consumer with regard to accessibility of approaching aspects brands through mobile digital media with which they have. This report analyzes the strategic deployment of the brand in the mobile channel through two aspects; on one hand with regard to mobile applications, and secondly to adapt the corporate sites to the mobile environment. The latter both in its responsive design suitability (friendly design in relation to the usability of the original site, where the user is transformed primal web in all its mobile devices), and the choice of a mobile web (site of the original independent that will adapt depending on the device that accesses your web master, and has a different url). Corporate Apps The study indicates that 76% of businesses strategically deploy their brand through corporate mobile application. Sites adapted to the mobile environment 42% of the surveyed companies have their corporative site tailored to the mobile environment, in one way or another (through web or mobile responsive design). Responsive Design 18% of these companies have a corporate site tailored to the mobile environment through responsive design. Mobile Web In this case, the percentage is higher. The report shows that 33 of these companies have a corporate site tailored to the mobile environment through mobile web. In relation to mobile environments, study the massive commitment of companies subject to the same (77% of them) for the deployment of its brand through mobile applications such as approximation formula brand in consumer shows sake of promoting loyalty. As for the field related to the adaptation of the portals to the mobile environment, include the low penetration of these models even the companies analyzed, and only 18% have their web portals tailored to responsive design and only 33% of IBEX and the top 20 advertisers have a mobile website. Not having this kind of adaptation is detrimental to the user experience in a channel whose operational, transactional and informational weight is increasing. In all, the findings of Divisadero make clear that the brands that are betting on the mobile channel strategically or perhaps only driven by the trend, they are doing so far through the apps as a lure to the consumer. Even at the dawn of m-commerce, the mass use of Smartphone and tablets, which inevitably leads to the path that lies ahead, has to be accelerated to match the consumer behavior in their interaction with brands. © 2014 James Luke |
