Superglue doesn't fix everything

Superglue doesn't fix everything

A Poem by Melekije

I’m tired of these broken nights

These pointless fights

One of us trying to just make things right

I’m drained of going back to the beginning

My head just keeps spinning

At the end of it no one is winning

I’m hurting my broken voice

You leave me with no choice

When are our hearts going to rejoice?

There will always be love I know

But love is not covering the feelings shown

We both think one of us wants to go.

Why don’t we learn to just be happy

Let our feelings be free

We are supposed to be a two part harmony

You’re the rhythm to my beating heart

You were the repeated record playing in my head from the start

Now the song is falling apart.

Maybe there is no such thing as always and forever

You looked passed the red flashing letters

That all I asked was for things to be better.

I’m broken and not feeling right

my armor is to worn down to fight.

Nothing will ever be alright.
