Hard Enough As It IsA Poem by mnicorataA poem about struggling throughout life and how it impacts the mind.Intensity travels into the
brain As I slowly escape into
the night Clinging onto old childish
ways When clocks spin without
delight My mind seeps between the
cracks Thumping, scratching onto
screams A numbness awakes as I
come back Everything is not what it
seems Reality floated from my
second sight Tearing itself beyond the
fray And I wish I could take
back tonight Until the wreck settles in
the bay So I will constantly
battle the serene Throwing stones as I
buckle under Damning myself of these
tired dreams It is I wailing within the plunder
