Relentless

Relentless

A Poem by mnicorata
"

This poem is bathed with unrelenting frustration endowed with rage.

"
Energy increases with every moments passed
Constantly engulfing the man that is in last
Running with the spirit that never seems to die
Recklessly I fight as I push on through the tide

All the voices startle and one that shoots out loud
Piercing the weakness and all the while being found
Heedlessly I awaken the faith grown in the foot
Bathing in my solace while pushing off the soot

Never have I ever been so damned proud and all
When I hear those buzzards clawing at my open jaw
Should I throw the rock that keeps itself hardened?
Faithfully I should rest, while souls rest departed

Then I take a look at what seems to be fair
Shaking off the dust that wrestles in my hair
Running towards the bay that seems for callous naught
Make these buzzards cry, with courage I humbly fought

And through their concrete jungles, eyes on the target
Battling with all the pride inside, I never have to flaunt it
My battle axe with painted nitrate, damning them all fair
At least they will suffer this endeavor, their falling impaired

And as they quell within their mercy, their heads being slain
Fearlessly I awake within the fortress, hunting those in vain
Their heartless waking horrors all coming to life for gain
I will raise the torch up high, and destroy those in the bay
