Meaningless.

When life turns it's back at you,

what would you do?

Sulk and think of all the worst outcomes,

or lay back and know things will get better.

 

Things happen for a reason,

whether you like it or not.

Make full use of your time,

cause you'll never know how long you will live.

 

You have two choices,

be miserable or be contented.

And I suggest you think before you act,

before history repeats itself.

huh...i must say reading your poem was an uncanny experience after the day i've had...it was the first piece of writing on the list of new writing and i read it and just jumped out at me..the words, the jaggedness of your poetry seemed so relevant, so unbielevably easy to relate in this moment I am in..i thank you for making me feel my feelings arn't solely my burden to carry and there are others who feel that way...
