Waters of Hope
A Poem by Kimberly "Melody" Carney
***WATER***

Cool water covers me,
I rest 'till
submersion.
My heart at
peace,
Within myself
I now console.
Caressing me deep,
To wash this
world’s corrosion.
Purge me deep, ever flowing
Waters make
me whole.
Flow from me,
Unforgotten mistakes.
Fresh air,
Filled with a new begotten hope.
Now rising from you,
deep slow
breaths I take.
Meditation,
Cleansing
spiritual soap.
With life
anew,
Each moment, I breathe deep.
To you I come,
Cool water
peace I keep.

An extremley musical poem, that would suit music as well as it suits the page. It flows beautifully with a marvelous theme. Can't help but leave you feeling... clean. A marvelous introduction to your work. Highly impressed at the way you manipulate the words with such skill and confidence
