The Magic in you

To fly a bird must learn to fall correctly

Gather up its courage and try again

Fight the fear of waiting branches

Even getting caught up in a tail spin

 

Long before this feat is ever mastered

Long before the battle of fear is won

You can hear from the tree tops high

A masterfully proud and beautiful song

 

May we learn from them this lesion

May we understand what is so true

That the pure magic found in winning

never compares to the magic in you
