My Souls Spectrogram

My Souls Spectrogram

A Poem by Kimberly "Melody" Carney

xray_or_negative_picture_illusions

My life is tranquil in this state of mind

where crazy and sanity blend

equally divine

I laugh at anger and I cry at love

for they are both a part of me

and fit like a glove

Practical thinking in every way

yet chains fall free from me

changing everyday

Joy is felt from my soul on out

honest laughter and honest tears

banishing not hope or doubt

I am exactly who I am with all I am

good, bad, indifferent a part of me

my souls Spectrogram

what dreams may come

Kimberley, have you considered not rhyming this poem?

Very inspiring poem... being yourself is all you can and should be... life is too short to try and please everyone so please yourself and those that love you will be there.

Perfection achieved! Sorry for the short review. I do get rather long winded most of the time, but this is fantastic, and I thank you for sharing it. I will be moving it safely to my vault now.
