I walked across the park,
Feeling the grass under my feet
The sun warm on my skin,
The sky so blue and neat...

The breeze blew gently on my face,
Smelling the roses and daisy fresh
As I sat on the bench,
I felt a new sense of peace...

The birds sang around me,
As I took in the beauty of nature
I felt the weight of my past
Falling away, leaving my heart lighter...

Watching the children play in the park
Running and laughing, so carefree
I remembered my younger self...
As I watched them,
I realized how far I had come
From that shy,
young girl who had so much to learn
I had made it to 23
and felt like a new person...

It's always lovely to sit with nature and find yourself...in many ways...calm, memories, the smells of mother earth... the colors ,the touch... the peace you found in this setting...is therapeutic to the soul
