Truest of Loves

You can live a lifetime and never see true love's beauty. It is never too late to start living and sharing your life with people who truly love you. To love truly is to make dreams reality! There is nothing more beautiful than to show you love someone by making them happy, everyday, in every way. We may be hesitant to follow our hearts, or worse, even let someone in, so deep that they could alter our being, our thoughts, actions, feelings. But, imagine that you had only a few months to live, wouldn't you love fully everyday until the end? Wouldn't you want to make all your dreams happen with that person you love and create everlasting memories? Why is it then that most of us will wait until something terminal, such as an illness, becomes a part of our calendar in order to start to love truly? Why do we live hurriedly, but not content and certainly not in love most our lives? We sacrifice most of our lives without true love searching for what? For freedom? For fame? For the right one? For the right moment?
All the while, we are waiting, not living, not loving, but waiting to live, to love, to be ultimately happy. Waiting to live is not living at all. This applies to love as well! We might as well be dormant, in a sleep state where life happens without us. What a waste!
To myself, I promise to love! I promise to live! I promise to show true love and make dreams reality! I will not wait! I will not settle for less! I will be happy today, tomorrow, and always!
