The Important Thing About Writing

Modeled after The Important Book by Margaret Wise Brown. Written as a workshop assignment.

The important thing about writing is that it shares your voice. 

Writing tickles your paper as you write. It brings your feelings from inside to outside and welcomes all the stories living inside of your brain to the outside world. Writing paints a picture with words as nouns, adjectives, and verbs swirl around together on the page, depicting the landscape of your mind. 

But the important thing about writing is that it shares your voice.
