Never still

Never still

A Poem by Celtore

The room is spinning
My head also begins to spin
The halls echo my screaming
As I wait for the Valium to kick in
I want to sleep. I want to dream
I want to see your face
I want to keep my eyes open. I want to scream
Trapped in the walls of this lifeless place.

Everything starts to fade
Flowers grow where your body was laid
Crimson tears fall onto the dirt
I collapse on your grave to heal my hurt

The room is still
My head no longer spins
The Halls are silent and no one can hear my screams
The Valium is working, a magical pill
Your face is blurry in this dream
As I fall asleep on your grave
