Children

Children

A Poem by Celtore

Children begin to cry
Flowers face and die
Darkness dwells now where good once was
Fear clouds my mind
I can leave my hatred behind.

The children have a reason to cry
As the world around them starts to die
Their cries echo in my head
I wish I was dead
The guild of their pain
Darkness falls in my domain.

Angels peer down at me
The blades seer my body
Every inch of my body engulfed in flame
Their cries still remain.

The Cross fell
Evils dwell.

I laugh
The flame begins to burn
The world takes its last turn
The children no longer cry
As I slowly die
They laugh at my pain
My soul is ripped apart and slain.

The angels arrive
I want to survive
I ask for forgiveness
They deny
I start to cry
Bleeding hearts in pain
Angels laugh as my blood drains.

I beg for forgiveness
They deny me again
I come to rest at last
All the evils of my past
Now die with me
The angels finally forgive me.
