My beautiful blood ceases
Covered in red
Now the world is dead
Life breaks
Darkness takes
My world shakes
My blood releases
Consumed in fire
Darkness is a loyal friend
There to the end
Bending the light to true form
Protecting me through the storm
Sun shines through
I now love you too
It burns
The world turns
Life breaks
Your body shakes
Covered in red
You are now dead.

[Coyote Poetry]

The poem started off cold and hard. Kept getting more cold with each line. Ending left someone covered in blood and dead. I read the poem a few times. Took me on a wild ride. A excellent poem.
