Memory

Memory

A Poem by midnight reaper
"

She was only a memory

"
I saw her that day, a day a remember like yesterday.
Her hair flowing in the wind, her eyes piercing blue.
We became one as days and months flew by.
We didn't see the shadow pass over us for we thought we were invincible.
Now I sit alone and all those moments with her only amounted to a memory, nothing more nothing less.
A memory of how we thought nothing could bring us down.
