Pain

The pain you are feeling in your hear. You keep trying to push it down, but it keeps coming back up. 

Its ready to escape but you keep wrapping the chains back around it. 

You think the more you push it down the easier it will get. 

You cant let anybody see the real you. afraid of what they will think. 

Instead of that happening and dealing with the pain you lock it up and throw the key away. Unable to find the key you move on and act like nothing ever happened. 

Time passes and the pain is still there. You hope that giving it time that it will disappear. Time is endless and is always chasing you. 

The pain chases you and it overtakes you. 

The pain takes your very breath away. Being suffocated by your pain you have to make a choice. 

Let the pain escape or bury it deep in your heart where no one will ever see it.
