Sometimes we love those that we know will only be in our lives for a very short while and when the end comes, there are no regrets. That is what this song is about.

I have danced along the shoreline and drifted with the tide .

I have lived through all of my changes that come and go through life .

Now that I'm not such the rambler , I am pretty satisfied .

To have you laying here beside me with so much love in your eyes .

Your works contain great work! But unfortunately the gold's in an old chest as they say. My friend! You need to make your pieces attractive! Like this one, try putting spaces every four- five lines in your poems, make them readable! its like one long paragraph. Most writers here at writerscafe.org read mostly the most appealing of pieces. But there are still writers, TRUE writers here that reads any piece no matter the format for the content, but if you want reviews, views and feedbacks, heed my advice.

Thanks for the advice my friend! It is greatly appreciated. Yeah when I copied and pasted my work, it came up with no spaces between the lines although they have those spaces and are separated by offsets to indicate verse, bridge and chorus in the file I copied and posted them from. I posted them without that organizational care since I can only get online when I am already exhausted..... Getting old sucks LOL
