love and cry

all events are not the same
so all events do not create cry

some events
occurrence
create the cry
but not all time

some events
which are created cry at this time
tomorrow are not

which failure made me cry
today is not
which rain made me cry
today is not
which love made me cry
today is not

So after many many days
i want to love you again

The form is good. The message is laudable. However, the use of "create cry" and "created cry" are disconcerting. For me, it throws the poem out of balance. The grammar needs to be revisited in my opinion.
