Make-Out PointA Poem by scarlynnbeing too broken to really fall in love
You've always been a teenage dream,
big brown eyes boring blisters into mine, your poison ivy is my lavender, itching to get to Make-Out point. Maneuvering the maze, twisty-turny heartbeat knot pitting my stomach- of butterflies and the love chemical. Dance with me baby, in the inferno, ash my hair like a spent cigarette and exhale me in circles. Kill me now before I wake, Why don't you understand the velocity of me, cortisol addict- when I'm screaming in blues? We can burn every single fire, we can spend all summer at Make-Out Point, but darling I'll never be yours, when I'm this wet in God's gasoline.
