Flatlining

Flatlining

A Poem by scarlynn

She in nothing new for you.
A bland blanket of obvious thumbsore,
dying to get out of her house and shave
self assured tendrils of thought flowing over her shoulder.
So close you can smell it-
it reminds you of something you've worried over.

this is your best one.
"obvious thumbsore"

a really killer last line, as well. I like reading about something that is reminding someone of a thought, or a feeling. You're painting the edges here, and letting the reader fill the glass. Take care, killer.

best poem, I mean. Not, like, "obvious thumbsore" is your best one. Good line in a piece of many.
