"You're so f*****g ugly.
You w***e, I hate you. You're so fake and you want people to feel bad for you all the time. You're trash, you're fat and ugly and I don't even like you." I didn't think this was happening again. Nothing in my veins but wine and cheap malt liquor, vomit on my shirt and the stench of every evil thing hung in the air over my head. She was screaming at me but I couldn't open my eyes enough to see her glazed, dead face. She was poison, she was pungent to know. She was my best fri- She hit me. Tears welled in my eyes and into my throat. I was awake now. "What-" She hit me again. "Stop-" She hit me again. She hit me again. She hit me again. She hit me again. I opened my mouth to speak, and she hit me again. My heart was broken because this was the third time she hit me in a month. I was passed out drunk in someone's car. I was in a parking lot. It was four in the morning, and my best friend was beating the s**t out of me in a parking lot and wouldn't tell me why. No one was helping me. I wanted to hit her back for being so stupid, but I couldn't because the cops would get called for making a ruckus. I took every hit. Her nails were very long and scratched my face. They were long because they were fake, and she got them done with me before graduation rehearsal. I sat right next to her when she got her weapons sharpened. She got them done so she could kill me. She hit me again. I hadn't said a word in two minutes. I was crying, she mocked me. She hit me again. Then I knew she was heartless because I looked her dead in the eyes and asked her what she was doing and she pulled her hand back one more time while she looked into mine just as thoroughly. I wasn't crying because I was hurt. I was crying because she was my best friend and I had to leave her. I knew I would miss her. I missed her and she was sitting right in front of me, hitting me dead in the face. I miss her now. I hope sometime she doesn't laugh at my name.
