I love your muse. It's cute!! I don't know graduation... I didn't even get to finish my High school, getting signed out. My muses over the past year were people who found little quirks they liked about me in my poems, and I would think up a story with them in my head, and have this incredible need to do something for them. In your poem you have this one line that shocked me!! lol "spat you like a wet dream" I can't help but try and picture that, but even doing so, I don't know where to start. : ) The line fits perfect with your poem, for I believe that muses are personal inspirations as plentiful and random as the person themselves. : ) xoxo -Mark

Cute!! lol This reminds me of one of those kinds of poems we choose for various reasons in our spare time to just start saying some of the lines in it, out loud. I've been out of the house since 17..... that rough start changed and saved my life, though back then, I was all alone and living in the basements of abandoned buildings like an asylum and and some factories. It's fun to read. Even the word: nightlight for some reason. lol When I was young, I accidentally started a fire with a toy called a Glowbug, if you remember those things. Sat it right on my nightlight and fell asleep!! : ) xoxo -Mark

The stories you tell in your poetry are very enjoyable, though they only hint at the truth, they don't tell the story. I do remember the glowbug. Glad you survived to tell the tale. Nightlights not so comforting after that, I would imagine.

I was in a school from 4th-8th grade that had one room classrooms for each grade so every year we knew the same kids. I would bring my backpack to my desk and leave a little opening in the zipper to the pack, to stick my hand through and pet him!! lol NO ONE knows this. : ) First time I ever wrote that. Cool. I'm surprised they never took my bag, either, 'cause I used to start fires inside my desk and in the old ink wells that were carved into the desktops. Whoops! xoxo -Mark

They love you! They deserved this level of affection. As long as Bedtime bear wasn't starting the fires, that's alright. Where did you grow up with this small school? That sounds nice, but maybe not so much since you were trying to burn the place down.

If someone considered me to be their friend outside of the internet, I'd be flattered to have that, but I don't think that will ever happen again. I think that's why this site surprises me with so many awesome people I have met on here 'cause they talk and respect like friends I DID have. The best parts of their memories I kinda hear and read in their comments and poems..... like I get to do with you! I don't dismiss these kinds of moments as "who cares". You are new to me, but I like you. xoxo -Mark
